METHOD OF INVOICING
Payment Online
Payment online is recommended. The activations and renewal will be
processed within a maximum delay of 1,5 (one and half) hour under the
condition that the supporting documents are valid and with confirmation
of the bank transaction.
Payment by cheque
The cheques must be sent directly to the address mentioned in the
article Contacts. The name of the domain concerned must be written on
the back of the cheque. The activations and renewal will be processed
within a minimal delay of 7 (seven) working days and a maximal of 15
(fifteen) working days as from the receipt of the cheque at the service
of the Management of Domain Names for the Zone nc, subject to the
supporting documents being valid and with confirmation of the bank
transaction.
Payment by bank transfer
If a holder opts for this method of payment, he must contact the OPT
accounts department directly in order to define the arrangements. The
activations and renewal will be processed within a minimal delay of 7
(seven) working days and a maximal of 15 (fifteen) working days as from
the confirmation by the OPT accounts department of the succèss of the
bank transaction.
The following interventions by OPT-NC will not be subjected to invoicing
pursuant to the acts of administration :
- the technical modifications and the administrative modifications
- the registration of a new domain name imposed by OPT-NC either
following the exercise of his right to resumption, or as a
consequence of the removal of a descriptive of a second level domain
- the removal applications
These costs will be public and available on the website

The registrars remain for their part, free to set their rates
The cost of an administrative act is payable upon its completion by
OPT-NC
It is however pointed out that the cost of registration remains due to
OPT-NC, regardless of the outcome of the process of identification or of
verification of the eligibility of the holder.
All payments must be made out to the AGENT COMPTABLE DE L’OPT-NC without
exception making reference to the domain name.
